Deactivating a Class

The system will allow Account Administrators to deactivate a class, but not delete.

How To

How to deactivate a Class as an Administrator

 

  1. From your Courseware Program, click Menu menu.JPG  and go to Manage Courses Manage courses.JPG.
  2. Locate the course name and select it.
  3. Click the Class Section iconSection Settings.JPG  to the right of the Class section name to access the Section Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Section Settings page and click the Deactivate button deactivate.JPG.

Note: Follow the same steps to reactivate.

 

How to deactivate a Class as an Administrator

  1. From your Courseware Program, click Menu menu.JPG  and go to My Course Sections My Course sections.JPG .
  2. Locate the course name and select it.
  3. Click the Class Section iconSection Settings.JPG  to the right of the Class section name to access the Section Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Section Settings page and click the Deactivate button deactivate.JPG.

Note: Follow the same steps to reactivate.
