This article explains the process for reporting broken Web links in PLATO content and the time frames for correction.
Report a broken Web link in PLATO content to PLATO Support. Please include the course, unit, module, and where the link is located in the activity. Screenshots are helpful as well. They will provide you with an alternate Web link if one is available until the link is fixed.

Broken web links are corrected on the following schedule:
- Offline activity in PLATO course or title (excluding Worldview Social Studies content): Updated on a weekly basis.
- Worldview Social Studies content: Updated on a quarterly basis which are included in spring, summer, fall, and winter releases. If you need a link sooner, contact PLATO Support and they will attempt to find a redirect link for you.
- Broken Web link in the Content mini-app > Other Content > Websites: Updated each week on Saturday evening.
