Does an educator have to be proficient in the language to manage and grade Global Language courses?

Resolution

Global Language content requires educator intervention and monitoring because there are oral and written assignments that an educator is required to grade. Ungraded assignments lower a Learners grade until they are graded, therefore, they must be able to read, write and speak the language.
