Learners prompted to install Adobe plug-in even though already installed

Explanation

Check Manage Add-ons in Internet Explorer and enable Adobe Flash if it has been disabled.

Resolution

  1. Select Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons.
  2. Select the dropdown arrow next to the Show field.
  3. For each item in the Show field, look through the list of add-ons for the plug in .
  4. If Flash is listed as disabled in the Status column, select the Enable radio button in the Settings section.
  5. Click OK to close the Manage Add-ons window.
