Remote Support

Remote Support allows a PLATO Support Representatives to remotely connect to your workstation to help answer your technical or how-to question. When prompted by a PLATO Support Representative (over the phone or through Live Chat) click the link below to begin the connection process. You can also browse to the site rs.plato.com.

 

 

You will be directed to a page that looks like the screenshot below:

The PLATO Support Representative will provide you with an Invitation Code to join the session.

You may be prompted to install the Remote Support client to complete the connection. This installation is completely safe for your workstation.
