Time Values (Time on Task, Prescription Time on Task, Time in System)
We do not display seconds for time values (only hours and minutes). Since we round each calculation to the nearest minute, program breakdown values may not add up to exactly match totals for all programs
Program Sensei does not display real-time data. Calculations are processed overnight so the current day's data will not be reflected.
Data during overnight processing
On a daily basis, there will be a brief period overnight when our data processes for the previous day. During this time (roughly 5 minutes), it will appear as if the data in Program Sensei is missing / not available.
Account Users in Account Overview
Learners by Program and Learners by Location will not necessarily add up to match Total Active Learners in the account. Learners will be counted more than once in the Program and Location breakdowns if they are tied to multiple locations or programs or not at all if they are not tied to any location or program.
Modules Complete; Prescribed Modules Complete
This value accounts for exempted modules (via pre-test performance or manually exempted by teacher).
When calculating averages, values are rounded to nearest whole number (down if <0.5 and up if = or >0.5). For this reason, program breakdown values may not add up to exactly match totals for all programs
|Modules Started, Modules Completed, Prescribed Modules Started & Prescribed Modules Completed||These values only calculate modules that can be mastered.|
|Class/Assignment Breakdowns & Roll-ups||In the breakdown views, we only show courses, classes, assessments and assignments that are currently active. However, the roll-up calculation includes all values for the selected timeframe, even if the associated class/assignment has since become inactive. For this reason, the breakdown values may not add up to the associated roll-ups.|
Avg. Assessment Score (Accucess)
|This value displays an average of the Accucess Curriculum Scores by the corresponding group of learners in an assignment.|
Avg. Prescription Level Achieved (Accucess Results)
This value displays an average of the furthest prescription level reached by the corresponding group of learners. Only sequential progress is counted in this calculation, meaning only the furthest consecutive level achieved. If a learner skips several levels ahead in their prescription and completes work in higher levels, anything completed after the skipped levels will not be counted.
Prescription Progress (Accucess)
This value is the difference between Average Assessment Score and Average Prescription Level Achieved for the learners in an assignment.
|Accucess Averages Best Practices||To view details about the averages, we recommend using the Accucess Results report to view the individual student scores and prescription details. The csv version shows high level data on student scores and is great when looking at data for multiple students. The pdf version is recommended when viewing the details including prescription data.|
