Setting Up Family Sensei for Educators in Plato Courseware
Explanation
An Account Administrator can choose whether parents have access to Student results on Plato Courseware. This will enable the parents to register at family.ple.platoweb.com and see student results on Edmentum Sensei for Families
How To
Add Contacts Individually

Select the Administration Center link in the app switcher bar. |

2. |
Hover over the Users menu, and select Manage
|
|
3. |
Find the Learner you are looking for. Click Actions to the right of their name, then Edit Student Contacts.

|
Batch Enroll Contacts
|
1. |
In the Administration Center Click on Users, then Batch Processing - Student Contacts |
|
|
2. |
Click the Upload tab to upload your file. Below are the specifications needed.

3. |
Click Browse to find your file, then Import the Selected File to upload. |
|
|
4. |
Click History to see the status of your file. |
What's Next
Enable Family Access to Student Results
|
1. |
Hover over Settings in the Administration Center, then select Application. |
|
2. |
Check the box next to Enable Family Access to Student Results |
Invite all Families to Sensei
|
1. |
Click on Manage in the Users tab in the Administration Center |
|
2. |
Click the Invite All to Family Sensei button. |
|
3. |
Click Yes to confirm your selection |

Other Considerations
Do added contacts automatically get an invitation to Family Sensei?
No. The Account or Program Administrator would need to select Invite All to Family Sensei on the Manage section of the Users tab.
Who can edit/remove contacts?
Account or Program Administrators can edit or remove student contacts individually.
